“The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot… It can’t be done. If you deal with the lowest bidder it is well to add something for the risk you run. And if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.” John Ruskin (social thinker & art critic, 1819-1900)

Development means on one hand the creation of applications using state-of-the-art technologies and on the other hand gaining work experience. The addition of external know-how is often necessary. New impulses improve the way of working in further projects, in which the external developer may not be needed any more.

An external consultant can often help during short bottleneck periods, without the necessity of a long-term employment of the consultant (on demand production).

I am happy to support your projects with my expertise on Cloud Computing, .NET Solutions and agile software production using DevOps techniques and Scrum. As an Amazon certified Cloud Solution Architect (Professional Level), Microsoft certified Trainer and Solution Developer (.NET Web & Backend) and scrum master I can look back on a lot of practical experience. Proficency in English (lived in New Zealand for eight years), use of professional tools, automated testing and deployment (CI/CD pipeline), quality documentation and a team-orientierted attitude are natural for me. You can find further details in my profile.

Due to my experience I prefer agile programming practices as described in the Agile Manifesto. These are the main points:

  • Customer orientation through intensive cooperation
  • Flexibility through modular, standardized components
  • Direct communication, early feedback
  • Simplicity (leading to stable and maintainable products)
  • Efficiency through usage of up-to-date tools and ongoing training

Different common agile techniques are described in my talk “Agiles Projektmanagement (in German)”.

Please contact me as soon as possible, so that we can arrange your project on time.
